Broiled Shrimp with Emeril's Tropical Bam B Q Sauce
2 pounds large shrimp (21-25 count), peeled and de-veined
4 teaspoons Emeril's
Fish Rub
3/4 cup Emeril's
Tropical Bam B Q Sauce
Preheat the oven to 500ºF.
Wash and drain the shrimp. Place the shrimp in a large mixing bowl and season
with the Emeril's Fish Rub. Toss well to evenly coat the
shrimp then pour the Emeril's Tropical Bam B Q Sauce over the shrimp.
Place the shrimp in a large sauté pan, being sure that they fit in a single
layer. Place the sauté pan under the broiler and cook the shrimp for 5 to 6
minutes, or until cooked through. Serve wild steamed rice and sauté vegetables.
