Broiled Salmon Fillets with Emeril's Sweet and Easy Molasses
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 6-ounce salmon fillets
4 teaspoons Emeril's
Fish Rub
1/2 cup Emeril's Sweet
and Easy Molasses Bam B Q Sauce
Preheat the oven to 475ºF.
Place a 12-inch sauté pan over medium-high heat. Once the pan is hot, add the
olive oil to the pan. Season the salmon fillets with the Emeril's Fish Rub.
Place the salmon in the sauté pan and sear for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn the fillets
over using a spatula and brush 2 tablespoons of the Sweet and Easy Molasses
Bam B Q Sauce over each fillet. Place the pan in the oven and roast the
salmon for 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and serve the fish
immediately.
