At FamousFoods.com, we pride ourselves on shipping your order in
safe and timely manner. When you place your order you will receive an
email as a confirmation that your order has been received. On the day
that your order leaves our facility we will send you a second email
with a carrier tracking number that will allow you to track your order
to your doorstep. Below you will find a description of our shipping
methods and information on how to estimate when your package will
arrive. Keep in mind however that these are just guidelines. To
accurately determine when you package will arrive it is best to use the
tracking number that we email you when your order leaves our facility.
A tip for easy shipping: A number of our products
are either perishable, frozen or shipped fresh once a week and have
special shipping requirements, please carefully read all shipping
instructions on each product's information page. For answers to some

Shipping Options
Standard/Economy/Ground: If you select this method
your order will ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Use the map
below as a guide to estimate the UPS time in transit from the day your
package leaves our facility. Orders that ship using this shipping
option typically leave our facility within one business day*. (See
Exception 2 below.) Note that the "Transit Days" on the map below are
business days. UPS may deliver to your area on Saturday but does not
deliver on Sunday. As a general guideline do not count weekend days
when estimating your package's arrival date. USPS Priority Mail
shipments generally arrive within 1-3 business days. Please note items
flagged with special shipping requirements.
3-Day Shipping: Orders using the 3-Day shipping
method will ship via UPS 3-Day Select service. If we receive an order
using this service before 2:00 PM EST (M-F) It will leave our facility
the same day. If the order is received after 2:00pm EST it will ship
the following business day. The package will be received 3 days
business days after it ships. Keep in mind that UPS generally does not
deliver on weekends and you should not count weekend days when
calculating time in transit. Please also note exceptions below when
considering this option.
2-Day Shipping: Orders using the 2-Day shipping method
will ship via UPS 2-Day Air service. If we receive an order using this
service before 2:00 PM EST (M-F) It will leave our facility the same
day. If the order is received after 2:00pm EST it will ship the
following business day. The package will be received 2 days after it
ships. Keep in mind that UPS generally does not deliver on weekends and
you should not count weekend days when calculating time in transit.

Next Day Shipping: Orders using the Next Day shipping
method will ship via UPS Next Day service. If we receive an order using
this service before 2:00 PM EST (M-F) It will leave our facility the
same day. If the order is received after 2:00pm EST it will ship the
following business day. The package will be received the day after it
ships. Keep in mind that UPS does not deliver on weekends and you
should not count weekend days when calculating time in transit. Please
also note exceptions below when considering this option.
Shipping exceptions:
Exception 1: If you order a perishable item that
requires expedited shipping in an insulated box with cold packs, we
will not ship your order if it will not arrive to you before the
weekend. In this case your order will ship the following Monday.
(Examples: Gaspar's Meats, Cacoila, Hot Dogs, Quahogs, etc...)
Exception 2: If you order a product that is delivered
to us fresh from a manufacturer once a week we will ship your order on
the day that we receive the fresh shipment. (examples: Drakes, Hostess,
Hot Dog Rolls, Sweetbreads and Peggy Lawton products) .
Exception 3: Heavy items - Some items on our site are
identified as "Heavy Items" and may require additional shipping charges
based on your selected shipping method. We try to identify all
restrictions on each items information page. When in doubt feel free to

Shipping Rates/Guidelines
Most small, non-perishable items are eligible for our standard/economy
shipping rates. These rates can be found in the table below. The
Standard/Economy shipping rates are valid for shipments to the lower 48
states. Standard/Economy shipments to AK, HI, PR and the US Virgin
Islands may require additional shipping. Shipping rates for Perishable
items requiring expedited shipping and/or overweight/bulky items are
calculated in real time by UPS and are based on destination zip code
and the rated weight of the shipment.
