favorite with steak lovers from near and far. Use it to add an adventurous new taste to steaks and other beef
dishes.
Serving
Suggestions:
- Hamburgers:
Sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon Steak Seasoning on
each side of 4-ounce hamburger patties. Broil or grill.
- Whole Kernel Corn:
Heat 1½ quarts whole kernel corn. Stir in ¼ cup
butter or margarine and ½ teaspoon Steak
Seasoning.
- Spicy Mustard Chicken:
Arrange 8 pounds chicken parts in single layer in full-size shallow
steam table pan. Mix 1 teaspoon Steak Seasoning with
8 ounces brown mustard. Spread over chicken parts. Bake in 325°F oven 1
hour.
- Vegetable Stir-Fry:
Heat ½ cup olive oil in 15-inch skillet. Add 1½ teaspoons
Steak Seasoning. Add 4 pounds cut up vegetables
(zucchini, yellow squash, cherry tomatoes, onions). Cook, stirring 5
minutes.
- Grilled Vegetables: Cut 4 pounds vegetables in pieces large enough to grill. Toss with ½ cup
olive oil and 1½ teaspoons Steak Seasoning.
Grill vegetables.
Preparation:
Sprinkle on or add to foods before cooking.
Start with 3/4 tsp. per serving and adjust to taste.
