Archangel Michael Extra Virgin Olive Oil
(Same Product as Re Manfredi ) is grown and harvested on the
Gargano in Puglia.
The trees are located on the sandy shore of the Adriatic
Sea. These olives are hand picked before they fully ripen. he olive
varietals used are similar to
Tuscan oils. The taste of this oil is full fruity, with a hint of
almond and a
peppery finish. his is also excellent for salads, un-cooked
sauces, and for drizzling over meats, and fish just off the
grill.
