distinguished blend of Blue Ginger Coffee and Maitake Mushrooms. The
result is a richness and depth of flavor that is unique, delicious and good for
you.
The Maitake Mushroom is native to the mountains of Northeastern Japan and has
traditionally been utilized by Japanese doctors as an aide to lower blood
pressure and blood lipids, which are two key variables in cardiovascular
disease.
Research has long established the incredible health benefits of mushrooms,
including providing a wealth of Protein, Fiber, and Vitamins B1, B2, and D.
The Maitake Mushroom is also a rich source of Beta-Glucan, which is known to
stimulate the immune system, and widely believed to play a role in overall
health and wellness. Chef Ming has chosen to use only Yukiguni Maitake
Mushrooms. These are grown using pure subterranean water with no
agricultual chemical, manure, chemical fertilizers or preservatives.
