twenty kilometers northeast of Florence. The olives are hand picked weeks before they are ripened.
This EVOO has the characteristics of fine wine-rich, fruity and spicy.
The taste is truly unique and will compliment your cooking with its’
herbaceous olive flavors. This is a
fine dipping oil and should be used fresh from the bottle over salads, drizzled
over soups and dips and
