Vadavan Chicken Curry This Vadavan Curry recipe is basically the same recipe as our British Curry recipe, using Vadavan instead of the British Curry. You can use any meat or fish for this or make it vegetarian by using potatoes and peas or cauliflower or any vegetables of your choice. Play and experiment.
