  
Hoo-Mee Gravy Mix chow mein gravy one pound. Dissolve 1 ounce gravy mix (1 heaping tablespoon) in 1/2 cup warm water, sir into 3 cups boiling gravy stock. Add onion, celery, bean sprouts, and chopped meat to flavor gravy stock. Add more mix for a thicker gravy. Gravy mix can also be used to flavor and thicken gravy for roasts, steaks, and poultry. Ingredients: cornstarch, sugar, salt, monodsdium glumate, caramel, granulated onion, ground celery seed, pure artificial spices.
