Drake's Shipping Terms and Conditions

All Drake's Products are normally shipped on Thursday or by Friday to ensure freshness. 
Please order by Wednesday, 8AM for shipping on Thursday or by Friday.

FamousFoods normally receives a fresh shipment of Drakes products on Thursday.  All orders for shipment on Thursday or by Friday must be received by Wednesday, 8AM EST.  UPS Ground is the standard method of shipping for this item. While expedited Three Day, Two Day and Next Day shipping may be selected, orders with expedited shipping will be shipped on Thursday. Please factor this in when estimating arrival of your order.  The Bakery sends us the the freshest products available every Thursday. Best used by dates are approximately 14-21 days from the day your order is shipped. 

Hot Weather/Summer Shipping Guidelines
If your area is experiencing extreme heat conditions, we recommend the Next Day shipping option or postpone order until cooler conditions prevail.  We are NOT responsible for melted product. Order at your own risk during this period.  If you "Must Have It", for Chocolate Covered Products, please select "Additional Shipping Option" to add cold pack(s) and an insulated box to your order to insure your order arrives in good condition during this period.
