wine to make a batter. Use as a breader to pan fry. Add your own spices for

Seafood Suggestions: Fillet of Sole, Scrod, Cod, Cat Fish, any
fish fillet, Smelts, Calamari, Shrimp, Scallops, Clams (Strips and Whole Belly),
Lobster Tails, Soft Shell Crabs.
Other Suggestions: Chicken, Broccoli, Onion Rings, Red Peppers,
Mushrooms, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Yellow Peppers, Carrots, Zucchini,
